Brisbane is the capital of Queensland on the Brisbane River. I visited this large city last April 2017. I really enjoyed my stay here and some recommended places to visit are the Kangaroo Point and Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. At Kangaroo Point, you can hire a travel guide while kayaking around the Brisbane River. At the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, you can see our cuddly koala friends and learn interesting facts. Moreover, you can also check out other animals such as platypus, dingoes and reptiles!
Phillip Island is a popular day trip from Melbourne. It lies just off Australia’s southern coast. Famous tourist spots include Penguin Parade and the Phillip Island Wildlife Park. You can also try glamping here, we booked ours through AirBnB. Glamping is a form of camping involving accommodation and facilities more luxurious than those of traditional camping. We had a blast and will definitely try it again!
I have been living in Melbourne for almost 3 years, and I consider this place as one of my homes. Melbourne is a vibrant multi-cultural coastal capital of the southeastern Australian state of Victoria. At the centre of the city, we can find the modern Federation Square by the Yarra River and the Southbank area with the Melbourne Arts Precinct. Amazing places can be seen around the outer Melbourne and Victoria, which include the Twelve Apostles, Great Ocean Road, Brighton Beach, Frankston Beach, St. Kilda Beach. There is no place like Melbourne, indeed!
